The night manager only spoke Spanish, though I am Hispanic I learned a different language I just left it as it is. I was never told we could work till early in the morning as i thought my shift ended at 1230 am. I as to work part time and on Disability so they gave me more hours

Communication, communication, team work, and communication

Short, and the manager was quiet and hardly understood him
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only worked one day and I felt I should've filed worker's compensation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I can work at any job if other employees put their enthusiasm into the same. But the morale is low
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the job, considering I was slow, but I had not worked for 2 months and 20 days. Being inactive didn't help, and on disability didn't help much and trying to explain to a stoic manager who was a nice, said I was replace. I can see why there is high turnover in employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better training, on my first day, I wasn't aware of baskets were locked, I sprained my back. For a week I laid in bed and trying to call the manager to let him know of my circumstances was impossible. No one answered and he never made the initiative to call to check on me. Then to I had no job
