Nothing but old defeated people working dead end jobs and letting the small authority they have give them a power trip
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to get off their high horse. They only make 2 dollars more and let the minimal power they have get to their head
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating regular staff better,managers have their cliques and try to bully regular staff. When we say something they behind their manager position and cut our hours,the stress isnt worth the minimum wage and I have already began looking for employment elsewhere.
