ANY kind of act of recognition for their employees. ANY sort of appreciation for not only their stock teams but their front-of-house teams as well (i.e. cashiers)

The fact that, despite being grossly overlooked, under appreciated and quite frankly, continually on a daily basis being the victims of favoritism by a crap management team, we are a VERY hardworking and dedicated group of people who, out of necessity, are forced to endure everything.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change in management. The fish stinks from the head down. Maybe it should start with corporate. This company needs to show more appreciation for their employees some of which are working while LITERALLY just weeks from giving birth during this viral pandemic for lowest amount of pay.
