I like working at the 99. I have a good report with managers and am appreciated by my customers. I do however have some issues with the company, some policies, and the lack of concern for the development and advancement of the employees. Serious concerns

Good Cooperation, good attitudes, flexible
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have no benefits, that has been brought to my attention
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accommodating to my availability needs. Not very responsive to emote safety concerns. Poor training program(virtually non existant established comprehensive liver training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store has a great work environment, their is a noticable disconnect between the local store needs and corporate response to those needs. There is a lot of room for improvement in this area
What makes you most happy at work?
My interactions with my coworkers, delivering efficient genuinely friendly customer service, coming up with solutions to solve problems, make the store more customer friendly,and finding ways to assist my coworkers and create a better work environment for all
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process is cumbersome via the hire right involvement. Online sign up, then several calls to see a manager, then back online for more paper work, then waiting to hear back from hire right, then having to chase down a manager to get on schedule. That is a lot for a base labor position.
