the way our managers speak to us is so foul, there truly is no respect whatsoever. the store is full of tyranny thanks to our store manager and i have seen more legal and ethical violations, that i am stunned the store is still open.

the customers. they really appreciate that we work there.

the team is the sole reason i return to work for each shift.
What makes you most happy at work?
exiting the building, for its the only time i am not being put down or criticized. i’ve worked there 2 years and have only received one compliment ever from my bos
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the SM just absolutely needs to be removed. we do not receive feedback, but rather get called in to be yelled at and put down and then we are dismissed. it is never an adult discussion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued bc i am verbally abused daily by my SM. if i have to put up with this constant abuse and the store is going to stand for it, it shows there is no respect or care for its employees. so there is absolutely no benefit to this job.
