This had to be the WORST company I've ever worked for. They don't care about their employees and are always short staffed. Employees are forced to work under harsh conditions with very little pay. Not worth the hassle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Acknowledgement would be nice. Even a "Good Job" would suffice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING. No communication between associates and management. Managers rarely work at night and are always gone. This place desperately needs help in all areas.
