Awful. The most unprofessional company I've ever worked for. TERRIBLE management and NO SECURITY. THIS PLACE DESPERATELY NEEDS SECURITY DUE TO THE HIGH AMOUNT OF THEFT AND NOT ENFORCING MASKS DURING THIS PANDEMIC. THE CEO DOES NOT CARE AND IT'S NO WONDER THIS PLACE GETS ROBBED ALL THE TIME.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
THEY NEED TO WORK! ALL THEY DO IS WALK AROUND TELLING OTHERS WHAT TO DO. NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND THEY'RE ALWAYS CALLING IN SICK. MY MANAGER CAN'T EVEN READ ENGLISH! NOT SPEAK IT! NO BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS! WRONG!
