There is no support, no training and they work you to physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. You're treated horribly and only matter when they need you for something other than that you are just a number. The worst job and company I have ever worked for.

The leadership thinks they know what's happening on a day-to-day basis and what it takes to work in a store daily, but they have no clue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never received the compensation or benefits, nor the original job I applied for, they stuck me in a failing store from the start "for training" and would not allow me to leave.
