I love the fast pace environment. I've been in the food industry for 15 years this is my first retail job, customers seem harder to deal with then management or corporate. I absolutely love my job!! Just wish the hiring process was better, tired of training people and them leaving after a few days..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They actually care. Not alot of companies or corporations do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my regular customers they make my day everytime I see them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the fact that when you get promoted you have to have another interview, this keeps rift raft out of management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they make it a point to never tell a customer No, we go above and beyond to make it happen!! I love being a part of great customer service!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
It doesn't matter if they are produce people or stockers, some nights I'm the only cashier/ manager on duty and all the employees are more than willing to come help me up front. It takes the whole team to run an efficient store!
