The store was running good my first year then some new manager was transferd there being our new head manager. She worked everyone too hard so often and excessively, that nearly all staff quit. And theres a head cashier that spreads rumors about the empolyees and they just let her spread them.

Switch the manager that spreads rumors and the head manager that thinks if she says it itll happen.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Comunication definatly and to work themselfs. I was on register one time and the lines wrapped around the store and she was just watching me on register sweeping outside. She was just watching me the entire time i called for back up. Never even opened.
