AARP Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary, bonus, yearly salary increase, 401k and pension and health insurance & caregiving leave hours.

Having discounts for different purchases

Caregiving leave and vacation leave

401 k, office ammenities, exercise room

Benefits (including the pension) are strong. After 7 years employees are able to take a 4 week PAID sabbatical.

IT IS FAIR AND I AM ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY WITH IT.

Renewal- a 6 week sabbatical that can be taken after 7 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Empowerment. More pay. Less chaos.

Stop artificially lowering wages by depending on unpaid internships. We know you're looking to replace anyone who earns more than $30,000/year with free (and unreported) labor.
