Leadership team leads by intimidation/bullying. The CEO and COO are unapproachable.

They are clearly only concerned with having an undereducated, underpaid workforce ready to wipe their chins and butts in the future. You should hear some of the jokes they make about anyone younger than 60!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits (including the pension) are strong. After 7 years employees are able to take a 4 week PAID sabbatical.

Stop artificially lowering wages by depending on unpaid internships. We know you're looking to replace anyone who earns more than $30,000/year with free (and unreported) labor.

Supportive of one another generally

The employees are all hard working and dedicated to supporting the 50+/aging individual.

Demoralizing to listen to them refer to younger people as "economic units".

They are constantly learning to be better
