What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transformative & Ethical leafership. Excellent transparency & communication to support the mission & goals.

Understanding the problems in their own offices
Increase diversity, replace leadership, eliminate athoritarian behaviors
Transparency, empathy, collaboration, employee advocacy
Leadership team leads by intimidation/bullying. The CEO and COO are unapproachable.
They are clearly only concerned with having an undereducated, underpaid workforce ready to wipe their chins and butts in the future. You should hear some of the jokes they make about anyone younger than 60!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, bonus, yearly salary increase, 401k and pension and health insurance & caregiving leave hours.

Benefits (including the pension) are strong. After 7 years employees are able to take a 4 week PAID sabbatical.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Empowerment. More pay. Less chaos.
Stop artificially lowering wages by depending on unpaid internships. We know you're looking to replace anyone who earns more than $30,000/year with free (and unreported) labor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Support, strategic planning partners. Transferring of knowledge.
Supportive of one another generally
The employees are all hard working and dedicated to supporting the 50+/aging individual.
Demoralizing to listen to them refer to younger people as "economic units".
They are constantly learning to be better
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company culture and politics only benefit the Favorites people, the rest are not value.
Subservient to power, weak, lack leadership

Support, ethical standards & work/life balance.

People are very nice to each other.

leaders look the same for the most part

The mission and improving the lives of our demographics.
Seeing the participants satisfied with the information collected sent out if needed
The mission. The innovation. The passion.
The minority if days where im allowed to work remotely
Freedom. Acceptance of input. New ideas
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
AARP's focus is to impoverish the young in order to ensure the elderly can abuse them.
