Leadership team leads by intimidation/bullying. The CEO and COO are unapproachable.
They are clearly only concerned with having an undereducated, underpaid workforce ready to wipe their chins and butts in the future. You should hear some of the jokes they make about anyone younger than 60!

Stop artificially lowering wages by depending on unpaid internships. We know you're looking to replace anyone who earns more than $30,000/year with free (and unreported) labor.
Company culture and politics only benefit the Favorites people, the rest are not value.
