The best part of my compensation package is the number of vacation/personal/sick days I'm allowed each year.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits seemed... nonexistent, nothing that couldnt be bought out of pocket for the same price. However I was only part time so I guess that doesn't matter. I think my PTO accumulated quickly, that was nice.

A pay raise would be great

I feel that we are always being asked to do more with no extra compensation.

Pay for the time it takes to provide the legendary service and let store management rate us rather than someone from corporate

I would like to be in the competitive range for my role

Get paid what I'm worth.

This business is going bankrupt

Acosta does NOT value their employees, regardless of what they say or advertise. If you are not upper management, you do not matter.

In-the-field workers have no benefits and in 4 years I never received a raise.

Compensate me I'm not a child I'm a business professional pay me like you would like to be paid for or at least meet me halfway

The executive branch of Acosta cares not at all about its 30 thousand employees. The hourly wage is low. The paid jobs that are timed at 30 minutes, should be an hour. You spend $5 in gas. You are paid $5.85 total. Think about it.

I just wish I was paid a little more for training

It's more the impact from the blow of taking a huge pay cut for the same job title.

An opportunity to proceed with my career. I haven't gotten any benefits

Human Resource offers no support in situations, yo will get voice mail 99 times out of 100

Stronger pension plan for Canadian employee

Be competitive with other companies

No raises and not even a thank you most of the time!

No raises or cost-of-living wage increases in 7+ years, despite always having high reviews and performance. We are continuously told that the company "didn't hit their numbers" despite always seems to have plenty of money for Acquisitions and increasing workload. I should be paid what I'm worth.

Ive worked there 3 years and never been given a raise. I asked for one and was told they would tequest it. I mentioned it a week later and they knew nothing about it.
