What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The customers never have anything good to say about Acosta. I've never heard any positive feedback EVER, but I've heard negative feedback and talk

Managent needs to be more proactive with service orders and putting questions in the service orders, communication with field reps regarding why clients are leaving or why work hours are being reduced hire good managers who know there job, pay raises to retain long time employees to keep them

Paying people more will give them some incentive to actually work.

Improve and redefine legendary service and the time it takes to provide that. There is a difference between merchandiser and a product placement and allocation auditor and a big diffrence in the time it takes

Most manager sales or otherwise lack the knowledge and experience for their positions, they are not prepared for meeting most of the time and it irritates our customers.

No rewards fir going above snd betond

The upper management needs to be better to us workers.

Poorly managed company who can't keep customers. What comes around goes around, so poorly treated employees who do a great job should be respected. Customers know when companies treat their employees poorly. The finances are in disarray due to poor management, no backbone, & failure to woo new bus.

Acosta is just a job to pay the bills with. There's nothing great about the job.

The company doesn't appreciate workers. I've worked here for more than 5 years with no review or pay increase of any kind. Raises are frozen and have been since I started. But the new hire amount HAS increased. So I train people that I know are making more money than me. Doesn't feel good.

Great benefits and great work-life balance

Working by myself. Acosta will soon be going under for what the 20th. Time.... Maybe that style worked out for Donald Trump. But its not for Acosta.
