Interactions with people we can help. Mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Manager interview was good, but outsourced recruiters know very little about the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good people on the street, but management doesn't care about anything but the almighty dollar.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treat employees like humans instead of a paycheck. MIcromanaging is not a good management style.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Not much positive at Acosta, except a couple good front line managers, but most have now been fired.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lower pay than fast food. No commitment to or care for employees. Low pay, poor benefits, mileage reimbursement at $0.25-.30/mi at MOST, which is close to half the cost to operate your own vehicle, & employees are laid off with no notice or severance. Look elsewhere for respect & pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poorly managed company who can't keep customers. What comes around goes around, so poorly treated employees who do a great job should be respected. Customers know when companies treat their employees poorly. The finances are in disarray due to poor management, no backbone, & failure to woo new bus.
