adidas Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is they provide medical insurance and all benefits which require for the team?

Review from Sales Dept

Hard working and punctuality honestly

Review from Product Dept

i love all my benefits and pay

Adidas company discount vouchers for 50%.

base salary, but the bonus is pretty good as well

Payroll, vacations and home work

Salary and Allowance, flexible working

The benefits offered and yearly bonus

Discount on products is a vreat incentive for me

Review from Sales Dept

bonus and campus in herzo

great benifits happy with company

bonus and of course salary

50% discount online and in the store

15,00,000 package for best a leader seller

Health Insurance Discount dental coverage 401K

Salary is competitive, bonus could be higher

Its just awsm i love their packging either products also

The discount (I am only an intern)

It's super generous! We have a great health benefit package, yoga classes, gym membership, sports hour, pension, bonuses, employee discount, sample sales, flexible working hours, flexible bank holidays etc. etc.

Review from HR Dept

The health insurance is very good. Unlike any other health insurance any previous employer has offered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Match what other companies in the indusrty pay

Lower salaries than other companies in the industry

After working here for a year and learning more and being able to do more than most other associates my pay has not and will not be adjusted accordingly.

Very few leaves compared to other MNC in apparel industry

Review from Operations Dept

To have salary at least at level of market median. Having back some of tons of cancelled employee benefits. Having trust at leadership that they work on long term success of brand

Review from IT Dept

A better employer contribution to pension. 40 Euros per month is not competitive.

In this pandemic situation also... Firing most of the employees..

No pay raise for 2 years

I need more money, new hires probably make more than old workers

Review from Operations Dept

Company cut down all the employees' development program which cost budget since last 2 years. Personal development is priceless compensation that proper company always have to have. Considering it is in middle of nowhere(Herzogenaurach), proper understanding on employee motivation is urgently needed

Review from Sales Dept

Feeling the company is actually investing in me by actually paying me a decent hourly wage in which I can actually support my self and pay my bills w/out needing to seek a second job. Giving hourly employees more opportunities to advance would also be nice.

Review from Sales Dept

I believe I should not be at minimum wage when I have been a good employee for over 2 years and have helped on-board Team Leads as well as other employees. I have to pick up some of the slack from my Team Leads and it is unfair.

Review from Sales Dept

For such a large corporation, why are we lacking in wages and compensation so poorly?

Review from Sales Dept

Being a manager and for everything we have taken on for customer service there was no pay increase or additional tools to succeed we were set up to fail

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am under paid and under appreciated

Review from Operations Dept

If we got paid more than we do, for what we do. Other companies such as Nike have a higher base pay, even Amazon is raising their base pay to 15/hr. Their employees felt they were being treated unfairly with such a low rate of pay while the CEO is one of the richest men in the world.

Review from Product Dept

A competitive pay for the yrs and hours I work. A better structured rate of pay for the employees who maintain and/or exceed production on a consist level. I think it would motivate those who contribute less to do more. Match a 401k up to 5%-

Review from Operations Dept

I work really hard and been in this type of business for a long time and im not getting paid what my experience is besides all my hard work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It’s not competitive with the market place and other brands. Internals don’t get the same compensation as externals.

Review from Sales Dept

I work long hours and much required overtime and pay rate does not increase continually! My pay went up first year and half then it stops!
