At this point there are too many chefs in the kitchen. Simplify. Focus on a few product offerings. Focus on strengths. Partner with fewer people. BECOME THE _____ BRAND that people shop for. Strive to focus on helping employee retention across the board and keep an open mind

company fairplay sports culture has completely destroyed under a new CEO leadership. only focus is stock price, bonus scheme for VP and above. Company even stop listening to employees by discontinuing an employee NPS survey after steep drop of the rating to minus. Promoting violent leadership.
