What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair to all employees in the organization, not just their favorites. When it comes to task assignments or promotions, the favorites get the best again and again, and the worst tasks get assigned to people from disadvantaged groups.

Speak up to other leaders and defend the team you manage. E.g. when product, design and sales team push for unreasonable product/deadline, engineering leaders should hold ground, listen to the team, push for compromise, don't try to impress while sacrificing the team for your own benefits.

Many benefits are on actuals, capping internet expense at meager ?700 was cheap enough , then asking for bills every month. Salaries all over industries have exponentially rised. Adobe is far behind in compensation brackets. Real take home

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers should stop boasting about how many hours they work in a day and how they work on weekends. Everyone likes to work more once in a while but it's stressful to have someone constantly berating you for not doing it on a daily basis. People can have personal commitments.
