What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think our yearly bonuses

Posted 3 hours ago

everything..perks are good ,benefits are reasonable.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted a day ago

I've had benefits at other jobs but the ones ADP provides are truly top tier. The price and value and benefits are better than what the government provides. The cost is reasonable each month,

I was included in the bonus payment plan

Health benefit options are very good.

I will never take for granted that I am allowed 100% Work From Home and that, in and of itself, is why comp is less of importance to me. That said, I am fairly compensated.

ADP's pension contribution is somewhat of a hidden benefit, but over time it becomes one of the most valuable advantages the company offers.

Best part of compensation package is Stock option

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 13 days ago

I am the sole provider of medical benefits for my family. I am grateful to provide these benefits from ADP. However, I would like that the medical benefits did not cost as much as they do.

Additional 5% WAO bonus. Hoping that happens again :)

Review from HR Dept · Posted 13 days ago

That I am a salary EE.

The best part about the compensation package is that we are paid well. I also enjoy having an onsite Dr available.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some companies similar to ADP has higher base pay. It would be also nice to have extra premiums for tenured employees. It seemed lacking for me to feel valued for being loyal for more than 13 years.

I am performing the work of a senior manager and director on a fairly regular basis, but at a manager pay grade.

Other opportunities for projects and leaders learning about what I think my strengths/skills are and how I could use those to benefit the org.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 12 days ago

The compensation is very low for all the responsibilities and projects we have. The national State average for the position I have has a big gap from what ADP is paying to what it the average for the state. It is almost a $40K difference! Please consider higher pay and bonus for us.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 12 days ago

I wish compensation was a little bit more. I think a bump more than jus the cost of living increase would be good. It is just really hard in life right now with the cost of everything going up and I work 3 jobs to make ends meet. I think retention of employees would increase with a slight bump for

for being a seasoned/long term employee, I feel the compensation can be much better. WERE A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY and we dont get the perks we used to. Its not fair the new people come in making close to what us seasoned folks make. Cost of living in CA is insane!

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 13 days ago

more compensation for tenture in role.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 13 days ago

As a female, the increase in societal living has created a mess that makes me live paycheck to paycheck. I know other companies similar to ADP that pay more for the same position.

I am a home-shored associate and think there are some improvements that can be made to engage this population more

Posted 13 days ago

I think prior experience should be heavily weighed, even if the specific position is new to the individual. Potential of an individual should always be looked at.

Pay that tracks with inflation and local market data.

Posted 13 days ago

I don't make enough money. I'm being held back to grow into leadership, where I could make more money.

Posted 13 days ago

when comparing my job to the workforce market , we are way behind at least with 10-15k . accordingly a salary structure review would be highly appreciated. compare UKG / Nethris / etc. not only this compare our knowledge and support system to theirs and still they are getting paid more

Posted 13 days ago

I hope we can create a more competitive salary not just for executives but more so for associates. Philippine associates are relatively paid lower and it's not adding up with the inflation and all.
