My retirement services leadership team listens, guides, and leads with integrity and stability. Their confidence in us as team members is top tier, and the support that comes with my direct manager (Marc Goughler) motivates me to want to stay with ADP for life! RS is the best team at ADP!!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing and making sure were taken care of by assuring we have the tools to do our job. Stop making drastic changes to teams that does not benefit the employees or the company.

Some companies similar to ADP has higher base pay. It would be also nice to have extra premiums for tenured employees. It seemed lacking for me to feel valued for being loyal for more than 13 years.

More payroll experience coming into ADP instead of learning it in ADP and taking clients.

multiple agents are lacking training and causes us to educate them on their own processes
I interact as much as I want to
there is a lack of responsiveness most of the time and lack of accountability. Does not seem as though the same standards are held across all teams

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is room to improve transparency in decision make and better recognize employee contributions. More consistent communication and clearer growth paths would help improve overall culture

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
ADP lacks any sort of structured interview process. It's highly dependent on the team that's doing the interview. Hiring decisions are often made based on feeling and past experience. The result is an abundance of unqualified hires.

Some of the people who do interviews just need more guidance and practice - particularly the ones who interview for entry level or just above entry level positions.

I would prefer more direct communication with the interviewers. I was tossed back and forth between the recruiter, another manager, and the interviewers to then show up on my first day being told "We were not expecting anyone."

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
High volume, inconsistent work/requirements, resourcing projects is challenging
Lots of sales issues.Ct receive too much sales marketing & they hate it. ADP leaders aren't open to learning. There's a reason or excuse for every suggestion. This is pervasive.I've experience this in interactions with multiple different departments and at multiple different leadership levels.
