I think we've always struggling to maintain enough reps to give clients the most time and attention that they honestly expect from us. Burn out becomes very real and hard because with experience, you feel pushed to take on more.

ADP can value tenured employees way more. In sales, its a a turn and burn operation. Everyone just feels like a number and it doesn't make tenured folks such as myself feel valued.

Stop babysitting us by making some required to report to an office while others are not. We worked independently from home for over 3yrs and being forced to go back to an office for some while it doesn't apply to everyone seems extremely unfair.
the company is looking forward the investor more than the associates and that's not good. Money should be re-invested in the company to retain skilled people and do team building more than increasing the stock value. Actions like forced migration to the cloud is not understandable.

The tools the company purchased to process payroll are often either not aligned with our partners/vendors, very manual (risky and laborious) or extremely inefficient. I cannot see what the Celergo environment looked like when it first rolled out but even now inefficiency is obvious.

I feel like once we are actually paid good money. Everything will be fine. This is a billion-dollar company, and we get pennies compare to the people who are the face of the company we make the company as the "little people" doing ALL the work.
I feel that the compensation does not equate the work we put into the company and when we have town halls and see how well we are doing with no show for it in compensation, I feel degraded.

I think decisions are make top down with no possibility for bottom layers to impact really in the decisisons. Plus strategy changes are not well managed and big changes overlap or are done in parallel, which adds stress.
