I love this company, by far the best I've ever worked for. My only complaint with ADP is our strict 3x2 hybrid model. For many of our roles, working from home is more efficient, productive and allows for better work/life balance. However, the executive leadership doesn't seem to understand this.

We have a simple Local insurance with a fixed ceiling. Only CDI benefit from this insurance. And it takes a lot of time for you to be reimbursed

What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at ADP?
Do not talk about your personal life that will impact your career at ADP especially if you show that you are more competent than the old ones. They will use the information of your private trip to reduce your motivation and your professional level

What is the daily attire at ADP?

Depends on the office, but standard is business casual to business dress
What's the internship program like at ADP?
It's a sham. Forced selection of under and non-qualified participants who get paid to basically do nothing all day. You'll make some cash and learn absolutely zero from the stow aways assigned to your internship. There is zero oversight, no entrance or exit interviews, nothing. Basically, learn how to be a corporate stowaway 101 taught by lifers in dead-end roles.
I'm not sure - GMs would have to inquire and get approval.
What are the team outings like at ADP?
We had leadership outings. They were fun

Not rewarding g in the least bit.
It was very rewarding.
What do people at ADP think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He is respectful and knowledgeable
Product folks generally get marching orders from Sr leaders in Development. ADP is a Dev driven shop. The CEO is not involved in product decisions at the Product Team level. The CEO could improve the Product Management process and have some trust in what the Product function in the firm can actually do/deliver if the culture was changed to allow it.
How's the vacation policy at ADP?
Vacation policy at ADP is below industry standard across the board. You'll get 15 days total - maybe - and have to negotiate for that. They also have only 6 paid holidays / company closings per year, where most every other corporation has 11 or more.
Vacation is the standard by local law. The policy is based on the level of the employee within the organization. For example a Director would be entitled to more vacation then an individual contributor. Rarely will the company allow a negotiation for a candidate to increase the standard policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at ADP?
Leadership changes need to be made in order to break up the "good old boy" club that runs the show.
Under pay for Customer Service expect to much from us and we get paid the least .
What needs to change to make the company culture better at ADP?
Product and support model needs to be brought current and be more competitive

the interview at ADP is balanced, the interviewee asks standard questions and also asks questions belonging to the candidates' courses. and issues related to the vacancy
What perk or benefit should ADP have?
When you increase the salary of new recruits, you have to increase the salary of the old ones so that we stay in equity and to keep their motivation
How helpful was your Customer Support team when you were first hired at ADP?
Very helpful people are always willing to help new associates here

Tech literacy, comprehension, Compassion, Endurance and being a team player.

Currently there are none in our unit. This is needed for a decent work/play balance.

Good but there is room for improvement.
What is ADP's policy towards pets in the workplace?
The office i was at allowed it when needed. Those who work from home not an issue at all

They are planned through corporate strategy
How are the career growth opportunities on the Operations team at ADP?
Strong but you must have a good relationship with your manager and that manager must have a good relationship with their manager... and so on. If one of those is bad up the chain, your opportunities are diminished.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Operations department at ADP?
Strong customer focus and willingness to reach across the aisle internally.
