I love this company, by far the best I've ever worked for. My only complaint with ADP is our strict 3x2 hybrid model. For many of our roles, working from home is more efficient, productive and allows for better work/life balance. However, the executive leadership doesn't seem to understand this.
Nothing like it! I love the experience I have had at ADP so far and hope to continue to have more!

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at ADP?
It was very quick. I essentially interviewed with one person and was hired right away.
How does ADP handle HR issues?
HR issues are handled confidentially. Employees can report issues via an anonymous hotline.
How flexible is your work schedule at ADP?
Very rigid. Have to work your scheduled 8 plus hours with a 30 min lunch. Very difficult to schedule days off.
How secure do you feel at your job at ADP?
Not secure at all. For 4 years now we have been under constant fear of being layed off. Every couple of months they do a round and we never know when it’s coming or who will go next
How's the feedback proccess at ADP?
Questionable. They are always looking for feedback but we are never truly honest. Want to keep our jobs for as long as we can
What's the Customer Support team like at ADP?
Try to be supportive and work together. It’s becoming increasingly more difficult. Years ago felt like a family now it’s just a bunch of acquaintances who barely know much about each other

Brutal.

It’s never enough for the things you have to endure.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at ADP? How many hours are you working?
Working hours depend on the week and the opportunity you have.
What's the Sales team like at ADP?
It’s an after college party. If it’s not your scene good luck fitting in.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at ADP?
Managers are hired based on their performance as a rep regardless of their ability to manage people. Not all successful ball players would make great coaches.
What are your coworkers at ADP like?
They were the best of the best. That is why they were employed.
What's the Product team like at ADP?
The product group is a doers. Many don't have prior product experience. Most translate requirements into user stories for Dev to consume. They don't do market research, pricing, release planning, or strategic vision road mapping. The team has a very specific and very tactical role. We see turnover at PO, SPO and CPO levels after a couple of years in role.
How's the leadership on the Product team at ADP?
Leadership folks really just managers -they are very good managers. Product vision leadership happens outside of Product Management with the BU President, DVP Global Product and Technology and SVP Business Strategy. Product leaders are just planning how to support the Development team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at ADP?
Non-productive meetings constantly occur.
