Out of 13700 ADP employee reviews, 92% were positive. The remaining 8% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping ADP improve their work culture. The Legal team, with 98% positive reviews, reports the best experience at ADP compared to all other departments at the company. The Finance team offered the most constructive feedback, with 18% of that department's reviews constructive in nature.
Leaders are supposed to provide a vision for the future that employees can get behind and attempt some sort of roadmap towards that goal. This shouldn't be tied to KPIs or goals for profitability, which is always the focus during calls, standups and meetings.
Stop pushing AI down the throat of everyone.

listening not to only the associates but the clients

Look for talent everywhere again. Newest PRS were taught payroll at ADP? No prior payroll knowledge? How is that better than hiring knowledgable staff. Remotely if no talent in cities. When positions aren't filled hybrid open to remote staff for transfers.

Generating a vision for the company and providing leadership beyond financial goals.
The pay package could be improved

I feel the Bonus amount being in the flexible portion rather to be a fixed pay

LOWER RANGER OF THE MARKET WAGES

The amount paid for this position is highly under paid for the amount of training, knowledge, and versatility needed for the position. There are data centers that pay higher an hour with better PPO rates on their benefits. This is a Global, expanding company; it can afford to pay a livable wage.

Took a bit of a paycut to come here and would love the opportunity for more money and advancement.

Less meetings where only some team members attend. Not all invited.

I would like to see a bit more attention to detail

Better communication, and not work as a silo
Better filtering interviews by experienced staff, not experienced staff who are here since forever. Strict performance reviews, especially managers and tenured people.

Lifts and cabs to be fixed and should add more employee benefits like food coupons

Follow through on company rules and make sure that all are complying.
Listen more carefully to our problems and needs
Review from HR Dept
A better focus on the people to understand that you can't play favorites.
Review from Sales Dept
ADP lacks any sort of structured interview process. It's highly dependent on the team that's doing the interview. Hiring decisions are often made based on feeling and past experience. The result is an abundance of unqualified hires.
Review from IT Dept
Some of the people who do interviews just need more guidance and practice - particularly the ones who interview for entry level or just above entry level positions.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I would prefer more direct communication with the interviewers. I was tossed back and forth between the recruiter, another manager, and the interviewers to then show up on my first day being told "We were not expecting anyone."
Review from HR Dept
Way too slow. Recruitment needs to be closer to the business.
Review from Operations Dept
Treat all employees equally. Regardless of race, colour, location. Stop higher ppl that have zero payroll knowledge.

I think we've always struggling to maintain enough reps to give clients the most time and attention that they honestly expect from us. Burn out becomes very real and hard because with experience, you feel pushed to take on more.
See my previous statement about leadership and a vision for the company.
People surrounding me and their drive.
Review from Engineering Dept
ADP can value tenured employees way more. In sales, its a a turn and burn operation. Everyone just feels like a number and it doesn't make tenured folks such as myself feel valued.

Nothing comes to mind at this time.
