Out of 14945 ADP employee reviews, 92% were positive. The remaining 8% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping ADP improve their work culture. The Legal team, with 98% positive reviews, reports the best experience at ADP compared to all other departments at the company. The Finance team offered the most constructive feedback, with 17% of that department's reviews constructive in nature.
Managing and making sure were taken care of by assuring we have the tools to do our job. Stop making drastic changes to teams that does not benefit the employees or the company.

Consider how there is no local office in provinces. EE's were hired remote, not aware there could be a time for no movement. Just felt like a slap across the face when change made. I am a hard working remote EE that prides my work. Sucks I would have to switch companies now for new roles.

The compensation is very low for all the responsibilities and projects we have. The national State average for the position I have has a big gap from what ADP is paying to what it the average for the state. It is almost a $40K difference! Please consider higher pay and bonus for us.

I wish compensation was a little bit more. I think a bump more than jus the cost of living increase would be good. It is just really hard in life right now with the cost of everything going up and I work 3 jobs to make ends meet. I think retention of employees would increase with a slight bump for

More payroll experience coming into ADP instead of learning it in ADP and taking clients.

there is a lack of responsiveness most of the time and lack of accountability. Does not seem as though the same standards are held across all teams

There is room to improve transparency in decision make and better recognize employee contributions. More consistent communication and clearer growth paths would help improve overall culture

Empower teams. Less Ivory Tower GSO. GSO rarely sends notifications and NEVER seeks input from teams on what makes sense for security vs productivity.

Better filtering interviews by experienced staff, not experienced staff who are here since forever. Strict performance reviews, especially managers and tenured people.

Follow through on company rules and make sure that all are complying.
ADP lacks any sort of structured interview process. It's highly dependent on the team that's doing the interview. Hiring decisions are often made based on feeling and past experience. The result is an abundance of unqualified hires.
Review from IT Dept
Some of the people who do interviews just need more guidance and practice - particularly the ones who interview for entry level or just above entry level positions.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I would prefer more direct communication with the interviewers. I was tossed back and forth between the recruiter, another manager, and the interviewers to then show up on my first day being told "We were not expecting anyone."
Review from HR Dept
Way too slow. Recruitment needs to be closer to the business.

High volume, inconsistent work/requirements, resourcing projects is challenging

Lots of sales issues.Ct receive too much sales marketing & they hate it. ADP leaders aren't open to learning. There's a reason or excuse for every suggestion. This is pervasive.I've experience this in interactions with multiple different departments and at multiple different leadership levels.

Lately it got too chaotic and I feel I get too much pressure and I am involved in too many projects. There are too many changes in projects and they are made on the fly.

Need more payroll knowledge on the front line and being able to explain things to clients instead of just doing what client says.
