What do you like best about the leadership team?Engagement with the employees. There is constant communication with us. Also, an openness when questions are asked that I haven't experienced before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Encourage diversity of ideas and experiences. Make every effort to provide opportunities. Invest in their associates to both help the associate and because they know it will, ultimately, translate into happy clients, which will also increase shareholder value
What did you like most about the interview process?The ability to meet with all levels of people you would be interacting with - Leadership, Manager and co-workers. The enthusiasm of the team for the company and the work they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel the compensation is a little low, and the health benefits are incredibly expensive.
