What makes you most happy at work?

When the store management sees me as indispensable.

My current boss is hands on and always willing to help.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I usually work Independently but on resets the teams are very competent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working independently is a positive aspect for me and having a flexible schedule.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Never had a raise since I've been with the company. Was told that someone would have to be demoted before I could get a raise.
