Teamwork, communication, training and more teamwork

In not even paid for my experience people have no experience make more than me and never worked a job like this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They selling the company from what i hear so i guess just new people who know what they doing and care for the workers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everytging from support training and pay the hours are being cut. You can't depend on your CM to get your per diem or hours fixed.
