Managers and supervisors say they are always available but they are too busy for anything.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fighting amongst coworkers makes the department feel almost like grade school. Meetings are essentially gathering to tell us to do more. Sell more. Make more calls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay would be acceptable if I were not filling in for a absentee manager and an unqualified financial advisor. I am essentially working three positions for one of my many accounts.
