What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
guidance from manager and also training-the new people are not trained

when I got hired I could just walk in on a thursday

there is no accountability for anyone and management is negative - we need positive speak along with training and better pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
realizes the older people that have these jobs need some accomodations like being able to sit down once and awhile or use the restroom in between breaks
