This company gives no raises, but they will continue to pile on the work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pleasanton, CA office has so much drama and gossip that goes around. The culture is horrible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and pay are the main issues. If they were to compensate their employees fairly, and actually hire competent managers, this office would run more smoothly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management team has no experience or no competency whatsoever. They need to clean house and bring in some managers who know what they're doing and actually care for their employees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
These managers don't know what types of questions to ask in their interviews. They'll hire someone and less then 3 months later that person is gone. The turnover rate is outrageous.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to clean house of all the managers. They are no help to their employees and most of the time they sit in their offices with the doors closed. They give out these management jobs to the ones with zero experience on how to be a manager.
