at the beginning was great, the retail supervisor was excellent and caring about her retail team, however about a year ago during reshuffling, company appointed a new woman as supervisor, and that's when things went down hill steadily, don't think this co will survive in the long term

for nearly a half dozen years dedicated to work for this entity, never once get a raise, as I heard the same thing happened to other employees

company needs to hire a quality managers and supervisors who knows how to interact and familiar with people management, company needs be more "human being" and respect people
