Walk in our steps for an entire day, visit the sites and see how we must conduct events.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay salary for actual area and mileage. USA government pays 54 cents a mile, long way from 23 cents this company now refuse to pay anything for miles over 40.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be compliance with Food and Safety requirements. We have no hand washing equipment and not authorized to buy 99 cent hand sanitizers! Often assigned to work in areas that normally pay Event Specialist more money but most of us receive $12.00 an hour in high cost area. No mileage paid.
