It was over the telephone and was very casual, and cordial and enjoyable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I've never met her and have only talked to her on the phone one time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have no team. Before covid Oh, I worked alone except for a few occasions when someone was sent to help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to make at least the salary that new hires make. I have been employed by ASM for seven years and have never received a raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I try to keep a positive attitude because I like the employees at the store that I work at. But it's difficult to face coming back to work at the salary that I have been making in the past.
