It was great at first on the Merchandising team. They have some really great people. Hard workers, knowledgeable and helpful. The retail sales side used to be good, with great supervisors but most of the time I've had to deal with bad supervisors that run you down and can be er please- narcissists

I've already said it still hiring the toxic people. The whole culture has turned toxic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire people with Integrity. Really examine your retail sales supervisors and supervisor trainers it's not a positive environment and it doesn't put the company in a positive light with customers becuase negativity flows downward.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire supervisors that want to succeed and therefore that would want their team to succeed. Supervisors that will support and help them develop. Stop hiring supervisors that hurt the company when they sabotage thier own sales reps due to personal dislikes and not any work related professional reason.
