I do not have one and was only offered chance to invest in the company recently.

Working independently is nice but would like more meetings with leadership team by group call, etc.

Working at Target stores has for most part been very positive when interacting with managers and employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being in the store and being helpful toward others and they usually are very kind and helpful too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the get my direct supervisors to directly communicate with me when it is needed. Although, would like a chance to speak to the executive team once in a while, too.
