- What do you like best about the leadership team?The company has been financially stable
- What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process is fine, of course, they promise you everything but the sun. But once you get in the doors, and become a more longer-term employee, watch out.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Fair compensation pay, more than adequate 401(k) and general benefits. Company, standard bonuses, although accompany, filed for bankruptcy and clearly had issues managing corporate funds.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?From application to interview took about 4 months. then another month of the terrible Hire-right confirmation. no transparency at all, you aren't sure if you're in the running still or not until well after application.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Management needs to realize that we are people, not machines. We don't ask for much, but we get nothing.
