After 6 years of being really underpaid, and having to get a union to fight for better pay our salaries are much bette.. not the best but much better. Don't think they could afford to pay us what we are really worth!

Money and bonuses for float and extra shifts or picking up more patients than safe

Salary too low for specific occupation. Understaffed. Maxed out on PTO and losing accrual. PTO is not a benefit if you can't use it.

You are only compensated if you are there for years and have signed up for the right program. I was never told to preregister for compensation because they told me it would kick in automatically after 18 months
