to make a positive difference
I don't think it really matters what I put here. Money will always be the goal. Executives/ management collecting big pay while the people that actually do all the work suffer with low pay. I've also been a patient there. Patient care and safety are a joke. Staff can't keep themselves safe. Sad.
Need more workers seeing patients
Turnover rates of ahn employees are way to high for anything to be fixed right now
We have a manager that does not discipline at all. She talks about others in the office and makes a terrible work environment. If she is talking about my coworker line that to me. What is she saying about me ?
bad attitudes on every level of pt care, ancillary staff...toxic place to work
Frequent scheduling and management incompetence resulting in patient dissatisfaction.
Review from Operations Dept
This call center is decades behind in technology, policies, process, and work force management. If you happen to have worked for a well run call center like Verizon Wireless, you will be greatly disappointed
just moral of employees and managers
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing more than the fact that I get paid a descent wage and have insurance.
Without exaggeration, this call center needs brought in to the 21st century. Representatives should not have to manually search "protocols" for information. Representatives should not have to wait DAYS to find out if they have been approved or denied for time off........etc etc etc
