The person immediately made me feel at ease and asked me a lot about my experience instead of just skimming my resume.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It could be a lot better if the managers would listen to the complaints. They are more than willing to give people off for religious holidays but not for family commitments
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You are only compensated if you are there for years and have signed up for the right program. I was never told to preregister for compensation because they told me it would kick in automatically after 18 months
