What do you like best about the leadership team?I really valued the network of support I'd received as a Member and the opportunity for continued learning and growth throughout my time of service
What are some of the best things about your team?Downside: we're all detail oriented. Upside: We're all detail oriented.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Supportive environment, professional but warm.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pretty much everything. The whole system needs to be revamped.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The compensation is an absolute joke, and their claim that it's to put you on the same level as the folks you serve so you "know what it's like" complete discounts all the folks who grew up in poverty and find the experience triggering.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? If the other employees would stop treating their stationed organizations like summer camps or dating services, maybe some impact work would actually happen.
