Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are fairly basic. We do not have 401k matching and we are miserly with stock options.

They are passionate people who have a builder mindset. They make it possible for us to build great product while also moving very quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of empathy shown towards employees during these trying times. I've been very impressed with how much time and resources we set aside to make sure people are able to focus on the tsunami of turmoil we've been experiencing outside of work.
