What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their openness and willingness to jump in and work alongside the teams that they are leading. They both lead and get their hands dirty alongside us. Additionally, they do a great job creating excitement around goals/accomplishments.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all really passionate, intelligent people who embody the spirit of "play for eachother". I look forward to brainstorms and team meetings where we all get to come together. They're thoughtful and considerate team players with a real tenacity to get shit done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The intentionality when it comes to discussing topics that matter, like DE&I, mental health, or workplace safety. Creating a place that is safe for all seems to be a genuine part of our culture, and not just corporate jargon.

Intellectual conversations that were 2-way conversations. And the surprise and delight factor of the "welcome to Amperity" gift they sent in the mail before I started
