Strong emphasis on culture with a wide range of options to participate. In addition there isn't pressure if you just want to deliver and not participate. No one is every penalized for not making a happy hour or volunteer experience.

The opportunity to meet the peers I'd be working with, both in my own role and on other teams. It gave me a great sense of the team I'd be working with day to day.
