Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand that working in a start up environment may require an individual to work outside of their scope of responsibilities time to time but I would appreciate a title change or a small bump in compensation if this is an ongoing ask/change.

Work can definitely be demanding and hard at times but there are always pockets of "fun" throughout the day that make it bearable. Everyone also seems to operate with an empathetic baseline - striving to fill gaps for each other and lift each other up when we hit bumps int he road.
