
It has been a massive positive learning experience. There's a healthy balance of challenge and satisfaction with incremental progress.
From my director down, I have no complaints. My director and manager are understanding and know the challenges we faced being short staffed. Unfortunately, the information blackouts between M3US and AASC/field offices creates an unnecessary barrier which is bad when trying to identify opportunities.

Forced shutdown should be announced much more in advanced so we can plan our vacations. We should have used the quarterly bonus to reinvest instead of paying out employees when sales are down.
