I am not getting paid for the job I do.

less work, better tools, SAP implementation has been a nightmare

Most employees at Anritsu are great. That's what has been keeping me here.

Make their employees fee appreciated and listen to their employees before making decisions that effect them.

Planning, making decisions, really listen to employees, providing the tools we need and the manpower we need
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone's workload has been extensive for a very long time. The SAP version we are currently working with causes more work than ever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not doing the job I was hired to do. Less workload and less stress due the fact that most people here are doing 2 jobs.
