Overall experience has been incredibly positive. I enjoy working here and I intend on working here for the foreseeable future. My teammates make work enjoyable and there is a good attitude at work. A friendly and happy atmosphere.

My overall experience is positive. The culture is the main selling point. The only downside is the lower pay. Ideally, getting paid a bit more with the current work culture would make this job a 10/10.

The benefits, such as dental and health insurance, are very nice.

The friendly atmosphere is the most positive aspect of this company

The friendly atmosphere of the company and team is the biggest benefit of the job.

The communication and understanding between the leadership and the lower level employees is very prevalent and effective.

Communication with the team and overall team attitude makes for a very friendly and happy work environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job well makes me the most happy, and the days where we get random snacks/special event days.

The leadership team does a great job of actually leading while being extremely friendly and treating us like actual people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire environment is extremely friendly and everyone is willing to help. The positive energy in the company is the best part of the culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely valued as an employee, however I still feel underpaid. I am currently working a job made for 2 people, despite only being paid slightly more than the normal position (which in itself is also a bit underpaid for the industry standard). A higher pay is really the only way to remedy.
