I feel I have grown up here at the company. I have seen so many products developed, some lasting others not same as people. It has taught me values, to reason, work and people ethics. I will forever be indebted to the company for helping me raise my family with all the necessities.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
FIRST I'M GLAD I CHOSE TO WORK FOR ANRITSU YEARS AGO. I FEEL THE COMPANY HAS ALREADY HAD ITS BEST YEARS, BETWEEN 1980 AND 2015. I LOVED COMING TO WORK THEN. DONT FEEL LIKE WE ARE PRODUCING NEW PRODUCT ANYMORE. SOMEONE WHO LEFT YEARS AGO SAID THEY GAVE THE COMPANY 5 MORE YEARS. SOMETIMES I WONDER.
What are some of the best things about your team?
some will give their all to make shipments.

THEY ARE TRYIING THEIR BEST TO KEEP US AFLOAT

BEING BUSY, GETTING THE PRODUCT OUT TO OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS

its something new everyday, always ways to grow, and improve. Delivery a finished product to the customers

your not push while working, your given the task and you just need to deliver, flexible hours, make up time if needed,

FIVE YEARS AGO THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN EASY TO ANSWER. I FEEL THE CLOSE KNIT THAT MADE US A COMPANY IS FADING AWAY.

They look at surrounding companies and outcomes to set are goals. We tend to keep up with the Jones and even surpass due to the teams diligent

SOME ARE VERY COMMITTED IN GETTING THE PRODUCT OUT TO THE CUSTOMERS. OTHERS WATCH THE CLOCK AND WILL LEAVE, DONT CARE IF THE CUSTOMER GETS THE PRODUCT.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
wow I like, need, and appreciate the whole package. The whole health care package (health vision dental), family leave benefit, life insurance option vacation days, paid holidays, raises, profit sharing, 41K, service awards, paid referrals ,help with schooling.
