Whenever I get to interact with customers I am very happy. Additionally, I enjoy interacting with my coworkers to drive positive change in the organization.

The leadership team has set clear goals and there is a willingness to recognize issues and work toward improvement. People are respected and there is an understanding achieving our goals is not always easy.
